Refund policy

If it is not for you, you get your money back.

The short version

Ask within 14 days of buying and we refund the full amount. You do not need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email REPLACE from the address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. We confirm within two working days.

What happens next

  • We issue the refund through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record.
  • It goes back to the card or account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5 to 10 working days.
  • Your licence key is switched off and stops activating Mochi.

If we could not deliver

There are only ten founding licences. If a payment reaches us after the last one has gone, we refund it in full without you having to ask, and no key is issued.

After 14 days

Write to us anyway if something is wrong: if Mochi does not work on your Mac as described on the home page, we will fix it or refund you. Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected by this policy.
